The Central Denmark Region IT portal can be accessed from anywhere through the regional Citrix portal.
To get access to the regional Citrix portal from anywhere, you need to do two things:
If you need more information, please visit the Regional Guidelines on remote access (in Danish).
When affiliated with the department, you can have one or two mails:
An e-mail address from the university will typically be an @clin.au.dk address.
You can add your university mail to Outlook on your personal computer. This will give you extra functions inside the mail system.
When you write e-mails from your work mail (university mail and regional mail) you should use the formal signature of the department. The signature for the university mail is both in Danish and English - both can be added to use the proper one when needed. The signature for the regional mail is more simple, and the guide should be followed when added. Please be aware that the signature for the university mail should not be used for the regional mail.
To add the university mail signature to Outlook, follow the guidance (in Danish) described in the signature document (can be downloaded to the right). You can only access the signature when you have access to the department's Google Drive.
An e-mail address from the region will be an @rm.dk address.
You can only sign in outside the regional network if you set it up in BSK, otherwise you have to log in to Citrix through a regional PC. See how to set up your regional mail for access outside the regional network:
The HP Color LaserJet printer (AUH-F390-111-C-1) is an Enterprise M555 model with a PCL6 class driver. The printer is able to print in colors in the size of A4.
If the printer is not on the list:
The Konica Minolta bizhub C454e multifunction machine function both as a printer, fax, and copy/scanner machine. The machine is only possible to access through a regional ID. The function of copy, scan, or fax can be accessed directly through the machine by logging in using either a regional ID card or a regional ID and password. The printing function is only accessible through Citrix.
