Inflammation and Macrophages Research Group

The focus of our research is to investigate the role of macrophages in inflammation.
This involves
- the development and use of macrophage biomarkers in disease (e.g. CD163, CD206, SIRPα).
- targeting drugs to macrophages (polarisation, Immunotherapy, checkpoints, myeloma, microenvironment)

Technical keywords: Multiplex, ELISA, Flowcytometry, Nanosight, LCMS, Automation, ddPCR

Main research areas:
Assay validation
