My research field is biomarkers in cancer, especially in lung cancer. My main focus has been on the EGF receptor and the use of circulating tumor DNA and genetic polymorphisms as tools for personalized medicine.

I also have worked with deviations in coagulation, inflammation and electrolyte parameters as prognostic and predictive markers in cancer, neuro-related proteins as biomarkers of brain metastasis and biological variation. 

I have experience with laboratory research as well as registry-based research.
