All academic employees at the Department of Clinical Medicine must contribute (in Danish or English) to our high academic and didactic standards in teaching and supervision. As a teacher you will benefit from our Danish students who are used to an informal learning environment.

Important elements of our curriculum are:

• Traditional lectures, symposia and Team Based Learning sessions
• Clinical training with focus at feedback
• Selected coursed (5 ECTS) covering a palette of academic topics
• Individual courses (10 ECTS) where a supervisor trains the student with regard to a specific academic mission within research group or a clinical department
• Master thesis (10 ECTS) often based on the experience from the individual course

The department has a very good collaboration with the Centre for Educational Development at Aarhus University which offers pedagogical support to both inexperienced and experienced teachers.
