As Graduate Programme leader of Clinical Medicine, Forensic Medicine, and Odontology, I work particularly with educational leadership and the development of strong research and learning environments. In my role, I primarily focus on supporting the academic and personal development of PhD students, as well as implementing visions and strategies for the doctoral training. I hold a PhD in Medicine and a Master’s degree in Public Management with a focus on psychological work environment.
My primary responsibility is the management and coordination of the PhD programme, including collaboration with supervisors and students, quality development, course planning, and international partnerships. I also have a strong interest in well-being, organisational culture, and a healthy psychological work environment, which I actively promote through supervision and teaching in areas such as research culture, project management, and self-leadership.
