Research

My research area is in penile diseases, especially penile cancer.

One project entails collecting and analyzing data on Danish penile cancer patients diagnosed in between 2000-now, thus creating a database with extensive information on diagnosis, treatment, survival and more.

In our other project (called HESMEGLE WORK PACKAGE II or PENIMA) we aim to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) based decision-supporting tool for health professionals evaluating penile lesions.
