As a PhD student at the National Centre for Register-Based Research, I am particularly interested in the genetic architecture of complex brain diseases. With a background in molecular biology and bioinformatics, my focus is on understanding the biological mechanisms underlying these diseases and their development.
My research in statistical genetics aims to uncover the genetic architecture underlying complex brain diseases, with a particular focus on epilepsy. By integrating genotype and registry data, my work seeks to identify the genetic mechanisms driving disease development, with the goal of enhancing our understanding of the underlying biology.
