As a PhD student in the Nejsum Lab, I investigate the mechanisms that regulate the body’s water balance. I am particularly interested in signaling pathways that control the localization and function of the water channel aquaporin-2 (AQP2) in the renal collecting ducts. My background is in molecular biology, and I work primarily with cell culture, cloning, and advanced microscopy
