Research

My research explores the role of extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA) in tumor progression, intratumoral heterogeneity, and therapy resistance. Using whole genome sequencing (WGS), I investigate how ecDNA contributes to cancer evolution and treatment outcomes. By identifying ecDNA patterns across tumor types, my work aims to uncover new mechanisms of resistance and support the development of more targeted, personalized cancer therapies.
