Job responsibilities

From 2022 to present: Employment at department of Clinical Medicin, Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus.

Primary functions:
External project management regarding daily activities as well as budgeting and financial reporting
Link to HR department and PhD school regarding employments
Registration of absence (vacation/illness)

From 2002 to 2022: Employment at the Department of Business Administration and MAPP – Centre for research on customer relations in the food sector. Charlotte Rosholm’s work includes being the link between the MAPP employees and the various administrative departments as well as being PA to Klaus G. Grunert.

Primary functions:
Helping MAPP employees with travel booking, expense reporting, rules and regulations on e.g. purchasing and employment of student assistants
