I am a postdoctoral researcher with a particular interest in the use of cell models in translational research and development. My current focus is on cancer biology and the development of patient-derived tumor organoid models for functional drug screening. My work primarily involves developing protocols for culturing tumor tissue from children with cancer and applying organoid models to investigate drug responses and support precision oncology. I have a background in biomedicine and neurobiology, with experience in developing and applying iPSC-based disease models.
My primary area of responsibility is the development and establishment of patient-derived tumor organoid models from pediatric cancers, including the development of protocols for tissue processing, cell and organoid culture, and functional drug screening. I also work on optimizing high-throughput screening and analyzing drug responses to support precision oncology and clinical translation.
