Profile
As a PhD student and researcher, I conduct research in the field of circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA). I have a background in molecular biology and cancer research, and my current roles include method development, inter-laboratory benchmarking, and implementation of best practices in ctDNA analysis.
Collaborations
I collaborate with national colleagues in the Danish Center for ctDNA research and with international colleagues in the GUIDE.MRD consortium.
Job responsibilities
I am working on advancing the clinical utility of circulating tumor DNA in cancer management, more specifically by developing reference material for ctDNA detection, conducting external quality assessment trials and benchmarking ctDNA diagnostic assays.
