Research
I am a Medical Doctor and PhD student at Aarhus University and Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus, where I am part of a research group focussing on pregnancy and diabetes.
In my PhD project “Optimizing follow-up after pregnancies affected by gestational diabetes – The OPTIMAL study”, I hope to contribute to improving the follow-up of women with previous gestational diabetes, thereby enabling earlier detection of conditions such as type 2 diabetes, which is a common complication.
