Research
I am deeply committed to improving the prevention and treatment of orthopaedic infections. Orthopaedic infections remain a highly complex disease to treat and result in major individual and socioeconomic burdens. This matches the most dreaded human diseases and cancers. The parallel rapid increase of multiresistant bacteria enforces a steady optimization of existing treatments.
