Laser speckle contrast imaging (LSCI) System built inhouse LSCI system optimzed for an imaging area of ~10 cm x 10 cm. The system consists of the following: 785 nm diode laser with 450 mW output power and diffuser; A CMOS camera (Basler a2A2448-75umPRO, 2.74 μm pixel size) with a lens, a long-pass filter and a polarizing filter; Data acquisition software with real-time visualization of the speckle contrast and recording of time series of frames for post-processing to generate blood flow index (BFI) maps.  Inhouse analysis software for generating blood flow index (BFI) maps; BFI maps can be saved in standard formats including TIFF format online booking
Near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging System built inhouse NIRF system optimized for the fluorophore indocyanine green (ICG): 785 nm diode laser with 450 mW output power and diffuser; CCD camera (Hamamatsu C9100-13) with lens and bandpass filter (835 ± 15 nm); HCImage Live acquisition software.  TIFF format, inhouse analysis software online booking
