I work with epidemiology and public health, with a particular focus on studying disease patterns and their impact on populations. Currently, my primary work revolves around the disease endometriosis. I have extensive experience in epidemiology, register-based research, as well as data processing and analysis. My main interest lies in the Danish national registers, which provide a unique research opportunity at the population level.
My primary field of work includes epidemiology, endometriosis, and the challenges associated with diagnostic delays. Through register-based research, I map out what happens in the years before and after the time of diagnosis from a health and societal perspective. Previously, I have worked with the HPV vaccine and preventable hospitalizations in the primary care sector.
